Saginaw Chinese and Research Institute (SCRI) is to focus on educational research and promote Mandarin language and Chinese culture awareness in the Great Lakes Bay region and beyond. SCRI serves as vehicle to bring additional Chinese students to the area and serves as a bridge between the community and students, benefiting international exchange and education.
